Status Codes
Below is Status Codes V.1
In the beginning of 2024, Status Codes V.1 will transition to utilizing Status Codes V.2 as a part of a backend migration. Please refer to Status Codes V.2 for an updated list
Status Code | Status | Definition |
---|---|---|
1 | Demographic Term | Respondent got terminated on profiler question which means this survey is not a good match for the survey. |
2 | No Quota Allocation | This survey got closed because all completes were achieved. |
11 | Daily approved | Respondent has completed daily survey opportunity by receiving credit and again if he/she tries attempting will get this status. |
13 | Completed Before | Respondent has already completed this survey before, either with the same supplier or with a different one. |
15 | Termed Before | Respondent tried taking the same survey in the past and got termed on the client side (happens when there is overlap between panels). |
18 | Wrong Country | Respondent tried entering the survey from the non fielding survey country. |
19 | Blocked/Disqualified by External Survey Provider | Respondent blocked by the buyer for already attempting the survey due to exclusion, overlap between panels, profiler term or blocked on buyerβs end. |
20 | Entered Before | A respondent entered the survey again after attempting earlier where they could have already received a status (e.g. complete/term/over quota/drop). |
22 | No Allocation | No completes are remaining for the survey, either on project level or quota level. This is probably caused by certain inventory closing very fast. Usually can be resolved through a higher polling frequency. |
26 | No Longer Active | Particular survey is paused or closed. |
29 | User Not Invited | A panelist has entered an invite-based study though no invite has been sent to them. |
33 | IP Address Already Entered Study Before | A panelist enters the survey from the same IP of another respondent. |
34 | No Longer Performing Well | Our system disabled the study for a specific respondent because of performance issues. Technically, the study is not closed by the client but our systems have shut it down due to poor performance for a specific respondent. |
37 | Low Quality Score | Respondent with low quality score tries entering the survey and gets terminated on this reason. |
38 | Email Verification Failed | User has been active before on an email that failed verification. |
39 | True Sample Verification Failed | Happens when our 3rd party fraud provider receives PII (personal identifiable information like name and address) from us on a study that requires that information and users have given permission to use this. When true sample verifies this data they sometimes conclude that it was not correct. |
23 and 41 | No Click Allocation | A survey has no available clicks/entries remaining. |
42 | Blocked by External Survey Provider | Respondent is blocked by the merchant/buyer from completing the offer/opportunity. |
43 | User Account Blocked | This message will be shown if the respondent is blocked. Common reasons are proxy usage, or other attempts to fraud the system. Supplier can check the account status via the API. |
44 | Not A Mobile Device | This message will be shown if a survey is not mobile compatible and a respondent is taking the survey using a non compatible device. |
45 | Browser not compatible | Tried taking the survey from the browser which is not compatible with the survey requirements. |
46 | OS not compatible | Tried taking the survey from the OS which is not compatible with the survey requirements. |
47 | Mobile Device Not Compatible | Respondent tried accessing the survey from mobile device which is compatible only with desktop. |
48 | Tech Error | Could be because of some technical error on YS at that particular moment. |
49 | Exceeds CPI Floor | CPI Floor once set will ensure supplier will have access to all those projects where the minimum Payout is equal or above the CPI floor. If the rerouting rule is exceeded, the respondent will be screened out with this reason. |
50 | Supplier level block | Supplier received a project from a merchants who is blocked. |
55 | No Surveys Available | This message will be shown if the respondent has no available surveys for the specific session (supplier entry). IMPORTANT: This does not mean that the respondent has no surveys available at all; but ONLY within that session. |
56 | User Account Temporarily Blocked | Similar to the message above, except temporary. For example, if a user has a long history of good user activity, and suddenly starts using a proxy or logs in from another country, we will add a temporary block instead. |
59 | Cobra Opportunities - ineligible to complete per Cobra System | Ineligible to complete per Cobra System. For more information review Cobra Opportunities |
External Survey Provider Statuses
When a panelist is blocked or disqualified from surveys, Cint is not always provided with the reason for the block or disqualification.
