Below is Status Codes V.1

In the beginning of 2024, Status Codes V.1 will transition to utilizing Status Codes V.2 as a part of a backend migration. Please refer to Status Codes V.2 for an updated list

1Demographic TermRespondent got terminated on profiler question which means this survey is not a good match for the survey.
2No Quota AllocationThis survey got closed because all completes were achieved.
11Daily approvedRespondent has completed daily survey opportunity by receiving credit and again if he/she tries attempting will get this status.
13Completed BeforeRespondent has already completed this survey before, either with the same supplier or with a different one.
15Termed BeforeRespondent tried taking the same survey in the past and got termed on the client side (happens when there is overlap between panels).
18Wrong CountryRespondent tried entering the survey from the non fielding survey country.
19Blocked/Disqualified by External Survey ProviderRespondent blocked by the buyer for already attempting the survey due to exclusion, overlap between panels, profiler term or blocked on buyerโ€™s end.
20Entered BeforeA respondent entered the survey again after attempting earlier where they could have already received a status (e.g. complete/term/over quota/drop).
22No AllocationNo completes are remaining for the survey, either on project level or quota level. This is probably caused by certain inventory closing very fast. Usually can be resolved through a higher polling frequency.
26No Longer ActiveParticular survey is paused or closed.
29User Not InvitedA panelist has entered an invite-based study though no invite has been sent to them.
33IP Address Already Entered Study BeforeA panelist enters the survey from the same IP of another respondent.
34No Longer Performing WellOur system disabled the study for a specific respondent because of performance issues. Technically, the study is not closed by the client but our systems have shut it down due to poor performance for a specific respondent.
37Low Quality ScoreRespondent with low quality score tries entering the survey and gets terminated on this reason.
38Email Verification FailedUser has been active before on an email that failed verification.
39True Sample Verification FailedHappens when our 3rd party fraud provider receives PII (personal identifiable information like name and address) from us on a study that requires that information and users have given permission to use this. When true sample verifies this data they sometimes conclude that it was not correct.
23 and 41No Click AllocationA survey has no available clicks/entries remaining.
42Blocked by External Survey ProviderRespondent is blocked by the merchant/buyer from completing the offer/opportunity.
43User Account BlockedThis message will be shown if the respondent is blocked. Common reasons are proxy usage, or other attempts to fraud the system. Supplier can check the account status via the API.
44Not A Mobile DeviceThis message will be shown if a survey is not mobile compatible and a respondent is taking the survey using a non compatible device.
45Browser not compatibleTried taking the survey from the browser which is not compatible with the survey requirements.
46OS not compatibleTried taking the survey from the OS which is not compatible with the survey requirements.
47Mobile Device Not CompatibleRespondent tried accessing the survey from mobile device which is compatible only with desktop.
48Tech ErrorCould be because of some technical error on YS at that particular moment.
49Exceeds CPI FloorCPI Floor once set will ensure supplier will have access to all those projects where the minimum Payout is equal or above the CPI floor. If the rerouting rule is exceeded, the respondent will be screened out with this reason.
50Supplier level blockSupplier received a project from a merchants who is blocked.
55No Surveys AvailableThis message will be shown if the respondent has no available surveys for the specific session (supplier entry). IMPORTANT: This does not mean that the respondent has no surveys available at all; but ONLY within that session.
56User Account Temporarily BlockedSimilar to the message above, except temporary. For example, if a user has a long history of good user activity, and suddenly starts using a proxy or logs in from another country, we will add a temporary block instead.
