Tentative Completes will no longer be available after the system updates. PMP completes will still be unconfirmed until the project is closed, but tentative redirects/callbacks and reports have been changed:

Redirects/callbacks updates:
• Tentative redirects/callbacks are deprecated
• All completes (including PMP) will come through the completes redirect/callback
• If an unconfirmed PMP complete is reversed to another status, a reconciliation callback will be triggered

Reports:
The ‘Tentative Completes’ report is deprecated. To verify if a PMP complete is unconfirmed or confirmed, a supplier will need to rely on the ‘Completes’ report. Completes are accompanied by a new column called ‘Project Status’ which will indicate if a project is open or closed.

Note: OX completes are considered confirmed once the survey is finished. Logic applied to Open/Closed status should only apply to PMP completes.

Project Status will be the last column on the completes report:

A supplier will be able to sort according to Project Status, Exchange Type, and approved date:

The report filters based on the approved date but also includes a start (click) and finish date:
