Survey Translation Issues, Google Chrome resolution

For surveys offered in non-U.S. countries, it is possible that some surveys may not translate into the regional languages.

To ensure that the quality of the user experience remains consistent, we recommend the following workaround for those panelists encountering survey translation issues:

In the upper right-hand side of Google Chrome , click the three dots to access the settings.

Click Settings

Scroll down and click Advanced. Under Languages click the caron.

Click Add languages

A list of available languages appears

In the Search languages field, begin typing the desired language

Select the desired language and click Add

Enable Offer to translate pages that aren't in a language you read
