In Survey Status Definitions
Cint is exposing additional insight into in-survey statuses in hopes of providing suppliers with more transparency. Users can be found within 'Session Outcomes.' If Candidate Respondent Statis is 'Accepted', these will show under 'Respondent Status'
Respondent Status | Definition |
---|---|
Started | The respondent started the survey, no end status has been established |
Unanswered | User was not able to start to survey due to a failure prior to the client entry link being created. ex: browser redirect, panelist closes browses, session issue |
Declined | The respondent declined to participate in the project by clicking on a "decline" link in an email invitation. |
Early Screenout | Client terminated user |
Late Screenout | Client terminated user |
Completes | The respondent completed the client survey. |
Quota Full | The user was terminated from the client survey due to client-side quotas. |
Survey Closed | The user tried to enter and the project was no longer valid (selection/project closed). |
Timed Out | User dropped the survey |
Quality Terminate | The user was terminated due to quality concerns (i.e. client quality controls, fraudulent, suspicious activity) |
Duplicate | System identified user as a duplicate |
Profiling Terminate | The user was terminated due to their profile not matching the project requirements |
