System Entrants
There has been a change to the definition of 'System Entrants' and 'Conversion Rate.' Previously, an "Entry' was considered as a user clicking on the entry URL provided by the supplier. The YourSurveys Conversion Rate was defined as Completes/Entries. System Entrants will now be described as users who reach the Cint Pre-Screener. Not all users who have clicked on an entry link will become a system entrant. A user can be terminated before entering the pre-screener. For example (but not limited to):
- mismatch in targeted profiling
- wrong country
- duplicated entry attempt
- Survey is no longer available
Suppose there are qualifications that the user has not provided previously that are required to enter the project. In that case, the user will enter the pre-screener and answer any profiling requirements. The terminations within the pre-screener will be seen within the reporting.
Terminations before entering the Cint pre-screener WILL NOT be registered within the reports. Only users who have reached the Cint pre-screener will be found with the reports. A termination redirect (pre-survey terminate link) will be triggered if a user is terminated before reaching the pre-screener. For more insight, a supplier can utilize the [Python-Status] parameter on the Pre-Survey Terminate Link and receive code 2. This code will indicate that they were termed before reaching the pre-screener. If a supplier allows routing, these terminations will be reduced as Cint will find another survey for the user to attempt.
With the definition of System Entrants change, the 'Conversion Rate' will appear higher than previously seen on the YourSurveys Dashboard. If you have any further questions regarding these new definitions, please reach out to your account team or [email protected]
