Why has our Conversion Rate changed?
Previously, on YourSurveys, the conversion rate was completes/entries. Entries included all users who clicked on the entry URL. Now, the Conversion Rate uses System Entrants and only includes uses who made it to the Cint Pre-Screener. It does not include users who termed before the Cint Pre-Screener
How do we track routed sessions?
Each SSI will have a route ID. If a user has entered the platform and is being routed within one session, the route ID will stay the same throughout the same session and multiple sessions will be seen under one route ID and SSI. Every entry should have a different route ID.
Is there a report I can look at to see the profiler IDs that the user termed on?
No. This option is no longer available as the system doesn't store the termed profiler IDs anymore. Our system no longer collects the profiler ID which is why these are no longer seen on reports. To see the profiling information, please review the qualifications under the project that the user received a termination on "profilequestion" within the session outcomes. To improve profiling terminations, we suggest you map to top profilers for popular markets using the profiler endpoint.
Why is the number of completes different on the completes report and the supplier stats final completes?
The completes report shows all “approved” completes in that month. Completes that have been positively reconciled will be seen within the completes report the day of reconciliation. Final completes consider the number of reversals for that month and subtract from ‘Completes’. This is the same logic that occurred on the previous YourSurveys reports.
How do I expand the reports to show the daily view?
Click on the + icon next to the year, quarter, and month to see the report in days. To minimize, press the - icon
What is a panel?
A panel is designated for each country. If a supplier sends to a specific country, a panel is required to be connected. When reviewing the reports, a supplier can either filter by country or panel to get that information.
Why isn’t the date filter working?
A supplier may need to alter the date filter on the report. Select “filters” on the right side of the report and adjust the relative date
What does 'MISSING' mean on the reports?
One cause could be due to our system not being able to identify the exchange type of the user. This is still being further investigated and we are hoping to reduce this number in the future. This does not impact your integration at all. All completes/reversals are being accounted for. MISSING mainly impact sessions that were terminated.
Why is the setting for "enable [INCENTIVE] in invitation mail text" enabled?
This setting doesn't have an impact on the integration. This setting is automatically enabled on panels but doesn't trigger anything. This can be ignored.
Why does a session say the incentive is 0.00 EUR?
Panel misconfigurations can occur to cause this message but it doesn't impact the actual payout of the complete. The reports will reflect the accurate incentive. The 0.00 EUR can be removed and a request should be placed into [email protected]
Why is my panels currency something other than the US?
Panel currency's can be determined by the country but it does not apply to the reports or the API. Suppliers are still invoicing with USD and that is what is seen within the reports.
